• EERO has an agreement with the Memory Institute to support educational material for Patarei Prison and Museum for distribution to school children and tourists

• Patarei prison is a UNESCO historic site and the Estonian government has dedicated support for necessary renovations.  Plans are to convert a portion of the facility as a research and conference center to educate people about the victims of communism and fascism, as the prison was used by both regimes.
